1. Service Description

SEOSFT is an AI-powered website audit tool that crawls and analyzes websites across ten checks, including indexability, page speed, content and tracking. The service is currently in active development and should be considered a beta product.

2. Account Requirements

To use SEOSFT, you must create an account with a valid email address. Each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SEOSFT only to audit:

  • Websites that you own or operate
  • Websites where you have explicit permission from the owner to perform an audit

You must not use SEOSFT to overload or disrupt target websites, to scrape content for purposes unrelated to website auditing, or to violate any applicable laws.

4. Plans and Token Limits

Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI tokens used for analysis. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing period. If you exceed your token limit, audits will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

5. Availability and Uptime

SEOSFT is a beta product under active development. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but outages and breaking changes may occur as we iterate.

6. Limitation of Liability

SEOSFT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or inaccuracies in audit reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, your audit data will remain accessible for 30 days before being deleted.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
