What SEOSFT Does

SEOSFT is an AI-powered website audit platform. When you run an audit, we crawl publicly accessible pages on the target website and analyze them using Claude AI. We do not crawl pages that require authentication or are behind login walls.

Data We Collect

  • Account information: Email address and basic profile data provided during sign-up through Clerk, our third-party authentication provider.
  • Audit data: The URLs you submit for auditing and the resulting audit reports. Reports are stored in our PostgreSQL database and associated with your account.
  • Usage data: Token consumption and audit history for billing and rate-limiting purposes.

How We Process Crawled Content

When we crawl a website for an audit, we store, per page, the title, meta tags, headings, links and up to 20,000 characters of the main text, together with the audit results. We need the text to score content and to show you which page an issue is on. It stays with the audit until you ask us to delete it.

Parts of the page text are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic's commercial API does not use this data to train models.

Authentication

We use Clerk as our authentication provider. Clerk handles your login credentials, session management, and identity verification. Please refer to Clerk's privacy policy for details on how they handle your authentication data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only for maintaining your authentication session. We may use optional analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run the audit: Anthropic (AI analysis of page text), Google PageSpeed Insights (page speed of your public URLs), Clerk (sign-in) and our hosting provider.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request a full data export or account deletion by emailing us. We will process your request within 30 days.
